The prêt relais is bridging finance and it may come with franchise totale which is a payment holiday for an agreed period during which no interest payments are made.

During my time in banking, the term capital holiday was used widely to describe an agreement between the bank and client where only the interest portion of the loan was paid during a specifed period of time, rather than repayments consisting of interest plus capital.

franchise totale = grace period (no payment required)
franchise partielle = interest-only period
