I think SJLD is on to something here. I checked a couple of TMs and this is indeed problematic. The only thing that makes sense physically is that the right side of the left lung field's fissure is meant, however, that's not really standard phrasing. If anything it's at least sloppy/ambiguous.

Lirka, I think you need to point out to the client that the source text is problematic. IMO there is something missing or the "rechten" is incorrect. Normally "rechts" would indicate the R lung field and "links" the L.

yeah that was "unlucky" formulation, "right side of the left lung fissure" would have been better.

On consistent, I doubt they mean the image pass here or even repeat imagings, sounds more to me this hints at image quality based on radiation dose, hence solid

Solid image? Don't you think "Konstante Darstellung" means consistent rather? IOW present in a previous examination > unchanged.
Where is the right fissure of the left lung? AFAIK there is just one oblique fissure in the L lung.

If you google just "basal dorsal" you'll find that it is a rather common positional indicator in CT scan descriptions. Not very elegant, but it works.
