Seems like this guy specialised in articles that were "short and sweet", hence my suggestion. I chose "sultan" because it's sort of in the same semantic area as "king" and starts with "s".

Maybe you could even go with "sheikh of the short and sweet", which has alliteration with "short" and assonance with "sweet".

Notule: petite note, courte publication... That's widely in use within French administration.
