German term

ROS'in

German to English Law/Patents Law (general) copyright arbitration
This appears after a signature in an "Ausgefertigt" stamp in a decision of the "Schiedstelle nach dem Gesetz über die Wahrnehmung von Urheberrechten und verwandten Schutzrechten beim Deutschen Patent- und Markenamt," as follows:
"Ausgefertigt
[Name], ROS'in"

I assume this is a title for some sort of clerk. Any ideas?

I didn't really feel the need to repeat myself, but the first time round nothing appeared!
