Italian term

sospensione dell’adempimento

Italian to English Bus/Financial
Hi folks
I can't find (devise) a translation for this title of a clause in a contract for the supply of goods. The clause reads as follows:
..."

Sounds a bit like "early termination" to me, but I would appreciate your feedback if anyone is online at this late Sunday hour.
TIA
Derek

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "Thanks indeed Rod and all the other helpful answerers here. Grey: I spoke too soon, a little further on in the contract I came across a "risoluzione anticipata" clause so it's obviously a different concept here. However I found plenty of confirmation for Rod's answer on the Internet. Total Respect Derek"

Sounds OK to me, unless there's already another clause better suited to that title.
