Spanish term

no se hayan aplicado disposiciones legales en materia contable

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
In a legal contract - I think it may be the presentation of annual accounts, not sure yet.

No existen razones excepcionales por las que, para mostrar la imagen fiel, no se hayan aplicado disposiciones legales en materia contable.

My rough draft that makes no sense:
There are no exceptional reasons for which, in order to demonstrate a faithful depiction of these annual accounts, legal stupilations should not have been applied in accounting matters.

There are no exceptional reasons justifying non compliance with accounting legal stipulations...

...in order to show a faithful depiction of these annual accounts

I think this is what the text means

Suerte!

Now that I think more about it , maybe "expectional reasons" can be subsituted by "exceptions"
