French to English Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s) conditions of sale
Context:
"Les factures sont payables à la société XXX (adresse) bénéficiant d'un mandat d'encaissement du Vendeur. Les modalités et conditions du paiement sont les suivantes:..." I've found the translation "receipt warranty" for "mandat d'encaissement," but I don't exactly understand what it means. Does it mean that the purchaser states that he/she has received the goods shipped when paying the bill?
