I think you could just use term to translate "plazo" and use "specifications", "premises" or even "business conditions", to translate "condiciones".

: There's too much ambiguity in this word - it can mean both "condition" and "time". In this case, it's the latter.

Another possible way to word it. In contracts, a "plazo" is definitely a period of time specific to the contract (e.g., when payments are due, when stages of construction should be finished, when certain obligation must be met, etc.,). Many ways to say the same thing.
