Italian term
reati contro l’industria e il commercio
Italian to English
Law/Patents
Business/Commerce (general)
"Questo intervento legislativo ha introdotto l’art.25 bis 1, volto a prevedere la responsabilità degli Enti per i reati contro l’industria e il commercio di cui agli artt. 513, 513 bis, 514, 515, 516, 517, 517 ter, 517 quater, 513 bis, 514 c.p."
...
I'm looking for an accurate term for this in English (although it would also be nice to know precisely what it means: I imagine it's not the same as unfair competition, fraud, anticompetitive practices, etc., as otherwise they'd have said so). Would "offences against industry and trade" work?
...
TIA :)

industrial and trade offences
In the Codice Penale, all offences are defined according to the interests they damage - the economy, public morality, the family and so on.
It's not a concept of categorisation that is shared in common law, so it seems more natural just to say 'trade offences' or 'industrial offences'.

: offences's right, 'cause it doesn't specify "reati penali". Besides, "crime against industry" sounds even odder than "lesse industrie" It's "spasibO bol'shoE". Obviously, you quote it from hearing: it is indeed pronounced "spasiba"
