4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "It seems to have several uses/meanings, but in this case 'cover board' seems to do it. Thanks!"

deckboard

Deckboard according to L&H, but I am not sure what this actually means.

There is a dækbræt here:
http://www.plus.dk/dk/carport/PLUS_Carport_2008_06.pdf

However, my immediate thought when I saw the Danish word was that it was more like the deckboard or decking here:
http://www.wickes.co.uk/invt/101000

This would be the floor of the playhouse.

Another reference I have found is on a 'real' house, not a playhouse, in Hovmand & Andersen's Illustrated Building Dictionary.

Here
Dækbræt = bræt monteret på toppen af vindskede
in English:
Capping board = a board fixed to the top of the barge board
(Pages 102 and 104 if you have the book)

Dækbræt may mean several things in Danish, so you have to choose! If you have a drawing, you may be able to see which it means, and google from there.
(Spelling it without the second d gives lots of hits!)
