French term

syndicat de délateurs

French to English Other Government / Politics
A la page xxx, il reprend le terme souvent employé par les négationnistes lorsque quelqu’un essaie d’étaler les accusations sur l’un des génocidaires «syndicats de délateurs.»

Il s'agit de Rwanda

bunch of informers

délateur = informer.
Syndicat, I imagine, is being used ironically. This is a derogatory expression, being used to denigrate those who are trying to bring the suspects to justice, so I think 'bunch of' might work.

This is a bit BE though - I'm not sure how you would phrase it for an American readership!

ring/gang of denouncers

I would preferably use "ring" for its pejorative note.

the whistleblower camp

Agree with Anne-Marie that "syndicat" here is used to denigrate the whistleblowers. I prefer "whistleblowers" to "informers".
