: placement of the entity under administration by.... (from sansoni). I don't think this exists in US or UK law, so there would be no equivalent and the standard translation would be that given by the best dictionary.

: Yes, placement of the entity under administration. Like Jim says, this doesn't exist in the US (for companies, they're either going concerns or they file for bankruptcy)
