Italian to English Other Business/Commerce (general)
affitto di ramo aziendale...

Unfortunately, I don't have any context as it appears in a list.

lease of operations / lease of coporate assets

Very often you see "cessione di ramo d'azienda"

In this case part of a company is being sold. Under IAS this is classified as "discontinued operations", which are distinguished from "continued operations" as seen from IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standard) 5. This provides a very useful and also technically precise translation of this very generic term. For years I translated it as "line of business" and as just "assets", until this came to me.

leasing of business unit

this is a term that two of us ProZites have had just recently, probably for the same client., in the context of a shopping centre/mall, in which the property owners were leasing (specifically not letting) space for stores. It may not be your case, difficult to know without context.
