Portuguese to English Law/Patents Law (general) A submission in a lawsuit.
There is no context to this as it appears on its own at the start of the section of evidence relating to a cartel and bid rigging. "Tem-se pois que também o seguimento de home care devería respeitar uma tela de preços mínimos pré-fixados pelo cartel." Does this mean "it is necessary for ...."? Many thanks for all contributions to this.
