That's what "antecedentes" means. In fact, that legalese formula, you have there, is the equivalent to the English: "... in accordance with the following records and clauses".

VITAL RECORDS (AND CLAUSES)

"Vital records" because "antecedentes" refers to those relevant vital records such as dates of birth/death, address(es), age, in the case of real estate, the legal description with metes and bounds and in short, those facts that cannot be disputed. In other words, "they are hereby stipulated".
