Bus/Financial
Finance (general)
le taux est stipulé variable en fonction de l'évolution de l'indice de la banque.
I know that there are loads of "indice" already. I have gone through them and I didn't find any relating to banking. I have an idea that it may be the bank's base rate....?

... to set the variable rate. I'd even skip the 'definition' part.
Or, varies with/according to the index specified by the bank.
This is just a possessive (the bank's index), not a set term.

Note from asker:
thank you.... . It is an article in the banks terms and conditions and one of the headings is "definitions de l'indice de la banque" I was set on base rate but I'm beginning to think I should go with the banks index .... I think a good nights sleep will help me sort it out! |
