Wie ist denn IN DIESEM KONTEXT die Bezeichnung "part exchange" zu verstehen. Ich habe eine Vermutung, möchte jedoch dafür eine Bestätigung.
The Integrator must obtain a Return Material Authorization number prior to returning material to xxx’s factory. Products that are (i) returned without an R.M.A. number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton or (ii) returned after 30 days of receipt of the R.M.A. number, will not be accepted.
Upon the Integrator’s compliance with its obligations under this Article 9, xxx shall provide the Integrator, in xxx’s sole discretion, with a refund, credit or ***part exchange*** equal to the price at which the Integrator purchased the returned xxx Products, less a reasonable restocking fee to be determined by xxx.

: Würde mich hier bei Austausch anschließen, da m.E. nicht die gesamte Lieferung ersetzt wird, sondern nur das defekte Teil

Danke, aber ich würde mich hier nicht an dem "part" aufhängen. Normalerweise ist "part exchange" (z.B. bei Autos) eine Inzahlungnahme. Das hat dann auch nichts mit Teilen oder teilweise zu tun.
