Danish to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)
Når vi slår op i Regnskabsordbogen, får vi supervisory board (dk) og board of directors (US UK IAS/IFRS). Men hvad er reglen, hvis vi har en dansk koncern med datterselskaber i fx Sverige og Norge? Følger det moderselskabet eller landet?

I would have thought it needs to follow usage in the country in which the subsid operates, as the subsid's financial statements will presumably be prepared in accordance with that country's accounting laws and use country-specific terminology. This of course assumes there is some form of "official" or at least accepted translation available. That would be my take, but interested to know what others think!
