Hi DAvid - trouble with source or target? If source, I think this simply refers to how often it's published - monthly, bi-monthly etc. :O) Not sure of what target term to use - something with frequency or interval perhaps?

No additional context needed I am looking for a succinct way of saying that the journal complies with the norms of publishing regularly and mentions how often it is published

More context is really needed here: i.e., the entire sentence that you've extracted the phrase from, as well as the sentences that come before and after.
