Hi Graham, thanks - that's it. I think the first dem might stand for application, i.e. the person is applying to get his licence back after it's been withdrawn - just a guess though.

Thanks Graham. However, I don't think the type of vehicle involved is relevant as the document mentions verious other categories, all with the same DEM DEMVM status.
