en premier rang/en rang immédiat

French to English Bus/Financial Finance (general)
contract between property developer and bank providing surety:
"Cette affectation hypothécaire sera consentie à première demande de la Banque et devra venir en premier rang et sans concours ou en rang immédiat la Banque et sans concours."
There seems to be a word missing here: "pour la Banque" maybe. But what is the difference between "premier rang" and "rang immédiat"?
