: Correct, low level of epinephrine (one hormone) secretion,hypoadreneia is low secretion level of the adrenal gland, (all hormones)

I came to the same conclusion as S Price and needed to confirm it.
Epinephrine is a synonym of adrenaline, so "hypoadrenia" is the better term in English. EU translations are by no means definitive.
