I'm assuming this stands for 'posta veloce' - but what exactly is this, a courier service, electronic mail or something else?

As Jim points out, "prossima ventura" doesn't make sense in this context. More likely that the verificatori (auditors?) should have requested the production of the financial statement in a formal note - a minute or report, perhaps.

Could it be this? Prossimo venturo the obvious answer that springs to mind makes no sense in the context because the request made for a trial balance that has already been prepared is clearly well into the past and not the future.
