I presume you're the same person as you are obviously translating jewellers' terminology.
My advice is to seek out a very specific glossary (which I have sought and not found) because you mustn't improvise on this sort of translation (as you shouldn't on any sort of course).
A part from incastonatura being "setting" or "mounting" for a gem and "griffa" being the claw-type, the other stuff you are asking is not to be found in normal dictionaries.

In my opinion, they are talking about those fingers that hold a precious stone in place (see rings, etc.). Some jewels do not have jaws, but have something like a seat, or pocket, in which the stone is seated.
