اقر أنا محمد علي السيد بوصفي وكيلا عن أحمد نور علي بموجب التوكيل رقم 1995 بتاريخ 11 إبريل 2000م الصادر من القنصلية العامة للجمهورية اليمنية بجدة وجميعها مصدقة حسب الأصول.
أقر بصفتي هذه وبالأصالة عن نفس أنني وكلت السيد / عمري العمري المقيم بالجمهورية اليمنية ويحمل جواز سفر يمني رقم 56487544 صادر بتاريخ 7 يوليو 2007م وذلك بالتصرف في ما يخصني والموكل في تركة المرحومة طيبة الطويل من مال وعقار ونحوه وفي البيع والشراء والقبض والتصرف وفتح حسابات وإغلاقها والتوقيع في جميع الصكوك الشرعية والمستندات المالية وله الحق في الرهن وفكه وكذلك إبرام الاتفاقيات والإيجار والإغلاق نيابة عني على أي أوراق أو مستندات يلزم التوقيع عليها أو في المصالحة أو المخاصمة والمنازعة عند من أراد من الحكام والقضاة والمحاكم في مختلف أنواعها ودرجاتها وفي استلام التعويضات بأي مال من تلك الأموال واستلام الأثمان والإيجارات ونحوها واستلام جميع ما يخصهم ذكر أو لم يذكر وإعطاء استلامات ودفع ما عليها من رسوم ومصاريف مختلفة وله أيضا الحق في توكيل الغير ممن يراه مناسبا في كل أو بعض ما ذكر. جرى التوكيل والموكل بحالة معتبرة شرعا وعن صحة نفوذ التصرف ووقع على الوكالة وأذن لمن شهد بالتوقيع.
