Si denuncia che nel documentario sono state fatte dichiarazioni lesive della reputazione, e si menzionano le affermazioni lesive:
l'assunto, pronunciato da Tizio, in base al quale, Caio sarenne stato un "truffatore"
l'assunto, ecc, in base al quale "... da questa famiglia ci si può aspettare di tutto", che è lesivo, ecc...
Sono indecisa tra tradurre assunto con assertion, oppure affirmation. Statement non mi suona. Suggerimenti?
