: würde nur statt ausgegebene "ausstehende" Aktien verwenden und "Angelegenheit, die den Aktionären zur Abstimmung/Beschlussfassung vorgelegt wird" einsetzen. Ansonsten gute Lösung für dieses Satzmonster.
