Danish to English Other Construction / Civil Engineering Housing Association Employer Statement

Stumped again. This word comes from the following sentence:

"X har beskaeftiget sig med renoveringsopgaver, nybyggeri, havnevedligeholdelse, flyttesyn, desuden ..."

This phrase is also from a letter of recommendation; the employer is a housing association in Greenland.
