Eligibility of costs: costs which may be taken into consideration for the grant
Only “eligible costs” can be taken into account for a grant. These are detailed in the General
Conditions of the Framework.

Please note that the eligible direct costs (title XV and XVI of budget breakdown) must be based on real costs.
A lump sum not exceeding 12% of the direct eligible costs of the Action may be claimed as indirect costs to
cover the administrative overheads incurred for the Action.

Indirect costs are eligible provided they do not include costs assigned to another heading of the agreement
budget.
