German to English Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s)

Kein Provisionsanspruch besteht bei folgenden Geschäften:
- bei Veräußerung von Kollektionsteilen, Werbemitteln, Ware, die mit mindestens 50% Rabatt verkauft wird, und bei nicht ausgelieferten Aufträgen;

There shall be no right to a commission for the following business transactions:
- For the sale of Kollektionsteilen, advertising materials, goods that are sold at a dis-count of least 50%, and for orders not consignedx/delivered;
