German term or phrase: Gesamtkumul
This is part of the "Terms and Conditions" of a travel accident insurance policy covering participants in a clinical trial.

Gesamtkumul: 1,000,000 EUR je Schadensereignis und Versicherungsjahr.

Is there a better way of expressing this than "maximum amount?" Do I need to include the cumulative part?
