This is my understanding: The third party will only authorize this work to be done on the computer if the legal circumstances requiring this authorization have been validated (confirmed).
contexte juridique = legal circumstances
d'autorisation = for authorization
More literally, "validation of the legal circumstances for authorization"...
In other words, the legal circumstances which would require authorization from the third party. They are not going to give authorization if it's not dictated by the legal circumstances at hand.

This is cobbled together from my research and assumptions. I'm stuck between validate and ratify as a translation, but without more context from the contract it's hard to say. In my mind, a ratification would be more formalized than a validation.
