Contratto di collaborazione tra l'azienda IT italiana e l'azienda NL olandese.
IT shall at NL's request provide training to employees of IT with the purpose to enable those employees to provide installation and maintenance services related to the Products. Costs of the training will be in accordance with the prices as laid down in Appendix II, which may be adapted from time to time on Parties’ mutual agreement. Travel and lodging expenses of ***IT training employees***, if any, will be for NL's account. Training will be given in the Netherlands, or, at NL option at the premises of IT. In this regard the trainer shall travel economy class, unless otherwise agreed to between the Parties.
Mi è venuto un dubbio, viste anche le condizioni successive: significa i dipendenti formati da AAA o i dipendenti-formatori di AAA?

Secondo me si riferisce ai formatori: le eventuali spese di viaggio e di alloggio dei formatori saranno a carico di NL. IL termine "eventuali" (if any) si riferisce al fatto che NL potrebbe anche scegliere di far formare i propri dipendenti presso la sede di IT, come specifica in seguito.

Secondo me la frase va intesa cosi':

| Questa interpretazione non ha senso: IT deve formare NL perché IT vende i suoi prodotti a NL affinché NL li venda e l'installi in Olanda, quindi IT deve formare NL (per installare, manutenere, ecc.). Inoltre ci mancherebbe che NL paghi la formazione di IT! |

I dipendenti da formare si definiscono apprendisti, il contratto e' quello di apprendistato (fino a 24 anni, in Italia, se non sbaglio).
