répétez, s'il vous plait.../veuillez répéter

There is a circumflex accent on the "a" in "plait".

This is what I would say...
Peer comment(s):

neutral Juan Jacob : Yes, but î, not â.

Another one.

Auriez-vous l'obligeance de bien vouloir (me) répéter ce que vous venez de (me) dire, s'il vous plaît (je vous prie) ?
More "élégant".
Peer comment(s):

agree Didier Martiny : La galanterie se perd. Je dirais.

pourriez-vous reprendre, s'il vous plait?

The perfect translation is " pourriez-vous repeter, s'il vou plaît?" but you can also say "pourriez-vous reprendre, s'il vous plaît?" and any speaking person will understand what you mean because in that circumtance "répéter" et " reprendre" sont des synonymes.
