Gracias.

I did an image search for "biberón" and found this:
Biberón 225 ml.
2.00EUR
Dosificador de Salsas y Jugos, perfecto para definir trazos y usar salsas emulsificadas.
http://www.catalogobuffet.com/tienda/index.php?main_page=pro...
If you look at the picture of the "biberón" at the above link, you'll see it's a squeeze bottle. Here are some photos in English to confirm.
http://images.google.es/images?q=squeeze bottle&num=100&hl=e...
And one site in particular that fits your context exactly:
http://www.pastryitems.com/sauce_bottles.htm
It won't let me copy and paste, but this site calls it a "squeeze sauce bottle".

dcaralo
: this one is the best, as "biberón" here is only a bottle just the same as ketchup and mustard bottles

piping bag
More usual, I'd have thought!
"Piping Bags - Disposable - 12" - 100 :
There's a cool spiced cream cheese and blue cheese sauce that I love to put on anything from chips to baked potatoes. I keep a pastry bag full of it in my frige, ready to pipe onto anything" http://www.amazon.com/Piping-Bags-Disposable-12-100/dp/B0000...
Also called icing bags in a different context, or pastry bags.
