pass
It's the only thing I can think of, Hazel. I would have said green fee but they've already listed that.

In the context of golf lessons, I think it means having a lesson on the golf course itself, i.e. going around the course with an instructor, rather that just staying in the practice areas. If you look at this site, it's translated as 'golf course lesson':
Descripción del curso:
Por la mañana:
Trabajo sobre los fundamentos del swing, análisis individual del swing y corrección personalizada. Estrategia de juego .
Por la tarde:Con profesor
Salida al campo, clases teóricas, competición por el primer handicap .

Lesson description:
Mornings: Swing basis, individual swing analysis and personal correction. Game strategy. Afternoon (with instructor): Golf course lesson, theoretical classes, competition for the first handicap

Thanks James, although I'm now wondering whether it could just mean 'tee time', as Andrew has suggested.

Also seen as tee-off time

: this is also a possibility. Salida or 'hora de salida' usually means tee time.

have been authorized to use the green/go out on the field
In golf the field is usually referred to as The Green

: 'field' is not used in the context of golf - it's a golf course. There are greens and fairways, but no field.
