(c) prior to the actual contribution and delivery of a Delayed Transfer Asset pursuant to the foregoing, Transferor shall take such actions with respect to such Delayed Transfer Asset as may be reasonably requested by Transferee, so that Transferee may **obtain the benefits of** such Delayed Transfer Asset (Vermögensgegenstände, die zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt übertragen werden), provided that Transferor shall not be obligated, in connection with fulfilling the request of Transferee, to expend any money unless the necessary funds are advanced by Transferee, other than reasonable out-of-pocket expenses, attorney's fees and recording or similar fees, all of which shall be promptly reimbursed by Transferee
