Comment: "Thanks a lot for your help. I think that the answer is more obscure than it seems at first glance. The Portuguese translator, who also has to translate the leaflets, is investigating the case with the actual prison, and it would appear that kitted are prisoners that get a tag to differenciate them from others, who may have more or less privileges than the latter. But I still don't know how to translate it."
