English term
as such
English to German
Law/Patents
Law: Contract(s)
Mir bereitet der Begriff an 2 Stellen in diesem Satz Probleme.
"as such" = als solches?
The costs of each individual cost center shall be reduced by the amount of non-chargeable so-called control costs, insofar as Services were performed in the interest of XYZ Inc. (the “Parent Company”) (e.g., the activities of its board of management or its supervisory board **as such** or for its shareholder meetings, the legal structuring of the group **as such**).
