Es geht um einen Lizenzvertrag:
"The Company shall pay the Athlete forthwith a non-refundable fee but recoupable against royalties ***to*** Euro 30.000".
Ist damit gemeint, dass sich diese nicht erstattungsfähige, aber gegen die Lizenzgebühren aufzurechnende Gebühr auf € 30.000 beläuft, oder dass Sie in Höhe von 30.000 Euro auf die Lizenzgebühren anzurechnen ist???

However, royalties that would otherwise be paid to the athlete
are deducted from this 30K until that 30K is reach.
Thus the 30K can be recouped (recovered) by the Company.
