Para ajudá-la um pouco:
1) O adjetivo bastante significa suficiente ou aquele que basta. A expressão bastante procurador, assim, tem a acepção de procurador suficiente, ou procurador apto, ou procurador com os poderes necessários.
2) Quanto à teoria, em português, o adjetivo (bastante) concorda normalmente com o substantivo (procurador) a que se refere em gênero (masculino ou feminino) e número (singular e plural). Por isso, o plural de seu bastante procurador é exatamente seus bastantes procuradores.

Eine Generalvollmacht nach §§ 164 ff. BGB ist eine umfassende Vollmacht für alle rechtlichen Stellvertretungen, die gesetzlich und satzungsmäßig (bei Gesellschaften) möglich sind. Sie kann über den Umfang der Prokura hinausgehen, muss jedoch mindestens den Umfang der allgemeinen Handlungsvollmacht haben.
Wenn sich die Vollmacht auf Grundstücke (z. B. deren Verkauf oder Belastung) erstrecken soll, ist zum Nachweis gegenüber dem Grundbuchamt eine notarielle Beglaubigung der Vollmacht notwendig, bei einer unwiderruflichen Vollmacht zur Übertragung oder zum Erwerb eines Grundstückes deren notarielle Beurkundung.
Die Erteilung ist formfrei und kann als Einzel- oder Gesamtvollmacht erteilt werden.
