Hi
"crediti" are usually translated "receivables" or "accounts receivable" in financial statements. Google gives ample confirmation here so the translation I have proposed should be fairly bulletproof.

Good point - I am always more confident on technical issues - I've done a lot of financial translations but I still break out in a cold sweat whenever I get letter from my accountant
