Hi,
The full sentence is this:
"L'impianto è realizzato con distribuzione a *stella sezionabile*, ed in alternativa è progettato un sistema ad impianto BUS con segnali a bassa potenza."
I've found information on star and delta configurations, but I can't find anything that seems to relate to "sezionabile".

Hi
I'm improvising here but I don't think we're into the star-delta sphere here. I would guess that they are referring to a method of feeding power to users by routing independent lines in a "star" or "radial" formation from the main switchboard, as opposed to the conventional "ring main" type circuit often used in the home. The "sezionabile" part must be to do with disconnection as your other answerer says, so I guess that each spoke of the star has its own circuit breaker so that each line can be isolated separately.
Cheers
Derek
