Your first choice should be, in my humble opinion, \'agua destilada\'.
Some countries in LA, many of them, use the term \'agua de bateria\'.

agua blanda
Larousse traduce "soft water" como "agua blanda." Se refiere al agua que no contiene muchos minerales, especialmente el calcio, lo cual hace que el agua sea "hard."
