French to English Other IT (Information Technology)

This is a term from a list of possible job titles in a French telecom/IT company. The other titles are: SIC, DOR, TVN, TCN, OSS. I wonder if they might represent position titles, just as PDG represents President Directeur General. Your help is appreciated.
