"1. In Slovenia the legal base for taking over of already existing personals is law: "ZAKON O DELOVNIH RAZMERJIH" (ZDR) valid from 1.1.2003 and Collective agreements.

2. We have to know very well the personal evidence for each employee before we enter negotiations with firm from which we will taking over the employee and who will be also a subject of negotiations to define the price for each of them."

Der Text geht weiter mit:

"3. Before taking over of employee, we have to sign A SPECIAL AGREEMENT FOR ALREADY EXISTING PERSONALS which has to contain:

1. Preamble: on base of already signed agreement no. … dated … for rent of warehouse, we sign this agreement for over taking of employee in logistic from the date …………….. and who are stated in article 2. of this agreement.

2. The detail information of employee, who are over taken (the name, surname, date of birthdays, their addres…)including the original personal evidence for each of them.

3. The last three payment lists for each employee."
