Hi everybody, I know this may seem very easy, but I need to translate this sentence, and I cannot come up with two different translations for 'entitlements' and 'rights'...
I hope you can help me!
"Entitlements matter in any process of competition, and entitlements are wrapped up with rights. Broadly defined, water rights represent socially accepted and enforceable claims to water."

Prerrogativa
The paper examines the role of restitutionary remedies in competitive settings.
"Part One defines two modes of resource allocation: Allocation by Entitlement, i.e., distributing resources by granting rights and privileges with respect to them, and Allocation by Competition, i.e., establishing legal rules that regulate competition among different claimants, without conferring entitlement on any of them. "
