neutral nnaemeka Odimegwu : can a no passing zone become one when the white lines are drawn? see afin de delimiter. not really sure. have to check it out. the question asked is about sports. what if it is not motor racing but cycle racing?

agree Ingeborg Gowans (X) : enfilade here meaning "in a row", and hence has the meaning of no passing
