Italian term

rincontrabile

Italian to English Law/Patents Law (general)
E' indubbiamente un fatto storico e da tutti rincontrabile che la percentuale delle cause vinte da xxx dinanzi alla... sia elevata.

Does it mean that it's CLEAR to everyone (is 'fatto storico' simply 'fact'?)

Thanks :-)

verifiable

I would say it looks like a typo for "riscontrabile"

Riscontrare > to find evidence, to verify

I've never heard of rincontrabile...looks like a spelling mistake for riscontrabile (that can be verified/well known to everyone) but I'm not a lawyer so you never know (although there are just a few hits on google and De Mauro dic. doen't report it). As for fatto storico = historical fact/event (not simply fact, as it implies it's importance)
