This is difficult stuff for anyone, but I reckon your "regolazioen fuga" is a system to adjust the gap - probably between the doors when closed. It is not uncommon to provide this kind of adjustment facility by means of a cam "eccentrico" that can be turned to alter the hinge offset value.
